Yup, Black will be there. And so will Meor (below). They'll be singing a little gift to the nation - Anak Bangsa Malaysia, the song. The duo were at the Rumah Anak Bangsa Malaysia on Sunday rehearsing the number apart from bonding with fellow Malaysians.

The afternoon at RABM was a literal beehive. A troop of Anak Bangsa Malaysia was over at the house to help set up for the launch on Wednesday, which is by no coincidence Hari Malaysia.

Need To Rethink OUr Education System

If only we can revert to the days when the national schools attracted the best students and schools heads were selected on merit regardless of race we had the makings of a dynamic nation of Malaysians who though proud of their ethnicity thought, felt and dreamed as Malaysians. With the advent of Islamasation of the national schools and the replacement of the Rukun Negara with prayers in Arabic during school assemblies, the non muslims were felt that there were not the mainstream of society. This provided the fuel for the Chinese and Tamil Educationist to push for schools in Tamil and Mandarin thus creating divisions amongest the Malaysians of different ethinic backgrounds. If only the we could have a common education system and returned to meritocracy while ensuring that the disadvantaged are not left behind we will be able to forge a dynamic nation of truely Malaysians.

Count me in and do keep me posted in all your activities in advance so that i can join and support this initiative, to make a better Malaysia that is being torn apart by Politicians!

Cheers and Happy New Year.
