sabm-sept16September 16 is Hari Malaysia, where 46 years ago, we became a fuller entity with Sabah and Sarawak. What a journey it's been, and whither are we heading?


We believe it's special enough to dedicate this anniversary towards a sublime goal. One which draws its strength from the very people who live here.

Are we serious about 1 Malaysia, 1 People and a special 46th anniversary, 16 sept 2009? If we are, go back into history and look at the 18 points and 20 points agreements and search for the truths of what went wrong in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Many things have gone wrong, I believe under the previous administration. I hope the present administration, under DSN, will identify the wrongs and put things right. For a start, recognise on the Malaysia Day is the biggest day in Malaysia. Second, there are three partners forming Malaysia. Third, Malaysia is a multi-racial nation and all Malaysians must be treated equal by the Government of the Day. If one Malaysian is poor, he must be helped regardless of race. If an Indian needs help, because he is handicapped, help him. If a chinese needs help, because he is handicapped, help him. If an Iban needs help, because he is handicapped, help him. Likewise, a Malay, a Kadazan, an Orang Asli, a Penan. But after helping him and he is no longer handicapped, stop helping him. Yes, stop helping him or in the eyes of others, it is not fair. Distribution of wealth, salary, development, jobs, appointments, ranks, etc, etc, must be equal and fair and seen to be equal and fair. The PM and all Ministers must first say they will all be fair and just in their distribution and the civil service to follow suit. All ministries and departments must be 100% transparent in their reporting, monthly, quarterly and yearly of their distribution of the nation wealth.

Are you serious? Are we serious? Are all serious?
